For cleaning soda blaster’s average power was used, not to turn the logs “totally new”. Only dirt, sooth and pitch were removed and the walls obtained specially antique outlook. After the cleaning the surfaces were fully ready for covering with the impregnating and protecting substance. There was no extra finishing or treatment needed. The ca. 100- year- old window with its frame was cleaned with soda blasting without removing the glass. It is also possible to remove the sooth on the glass with soda blast.
